Appointments
Office visits include acupuncture, Asian bodywork, PEMF and light therapy as indicated, and run 30 to 60 minutes. Phone or video visits run up to 30 minutes; extending by another 30 minutes is $250.
Care Plan members: your first visit each month is included; additional visits that month are $185.
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Checklist for new patients, or those who have not been in for several months or more:
- List of all medications and supplements: everything you have in the house
- Any medical records, test results, lab reports done since your last visit
- Goals: things you would like to see change or improve; areas you would like to work on; if we were completely successful, what would that look like? How would you know?

Practice Hours:
- Tuesdays, 9:30 am to 6 pm Mountain Time
- In-person visits in the Boulder office: 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 4 pm and 5 pm
- Virtual visits by video or phone: 12, 12:30, 1:30, 2, 2:30 and 3:30 pm
